A friend of mine sent me these pics from the Monterey area yesterday. Looks like Car Week has come early this year! :)))))))))

Indeed - since SO many people want to bring their sports cars to Monterey Historic Races, some year ago, Steve Earl, the founder, came up with a brilliant idea: Let’s do “Pre-Historics” the weekend before, for those that did not make the cut but still have beautiful cars to present to those eyes and minds, which will be making decisions as to who to invite NEXT year.
To fill Reliable’s transporter or two, here are my choices to take home:
Pic #1 - that blue 2.7RS as well as the Daytona, of course.
Pic #2 - that blue 600 Jolly, of course and the M3 and the 964 flat-nose.
Pic #3 - consign the questionably looking F-car and sell it immediately.
Pic #4 - the 918, of course and leave the Speedster and the 911 behind, not to be greedy
Pic # 5 - The littl red Zagato Alfa, the 300SL Roadster, the Lancia next to it and that Lotus Cortina
Pic #6 - Hands down, the 908/3 and Bruce’s 935 that’s all dialed in to WIN every year!
Pic #7 - All three - The yellow TZ, the TZ2 and the T33 Stradale, my favorite Alfa Romeo.
Take them away!
